The same image, from different perspectives……

I did a little watercolour painting which had paint on both sides of the paper. I had a bit of a play taking photos of the painting with my phone and these images were the results. Shows how different the same object can look from different perspectives! IMG_2233 IMG_2234 IMG_2235 IMG_2236 IMG_2237 IMG_2238 IMG_2239 IMG_2240 IMG_2241 IMG_2242 IMG_2243 IMG_2244 IMG_2245 IMG_2246 IMG_2247 IMG_2249 IMG_2250 IMG_2251 IMG_2252 IMG_2253

Creative Art Journaling

I’ve participated in two Creative Art Journalling courses this year at Amanda Scott Art Therapy and I’ve had an amazing time! Here are some of the pages I completed during the course (including hand binding the journal itself!).

This image was about self care and nurturing

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go…”― Dr. SeussOh, The Places You’ll Go!

This page represents all the yoga I’ve been doing lately..Ohhhmmmmmm.

This page was made by the rest of the group as a gift to me at the end of the course!

Zen Doodles Art Swap

I’m participating in a project called the “Art Therapy + Happiness” project this year. It in an online network of people practicing/interested in/passionate about Art Therapy. One of the projects I just completed was a “Zen-Doodle Art Swap”. We were given 11 names of people in the network and had to make one “zen-doodle*” for each of them and send it in the post- I just finished mine today and popped them in the post- it’s so exciting to be receiving mail that isn’t bills!

*a zen-doodle is a drawing that you don’t have a set plan for, you just start “doodling” and see what happens…
